We will treat you the way we would want to be treated. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know and we’ll make arrangements to exchange your jewelry. Repairs are free…and rarely needed; however, in the event that any of our materials should fail, you can rest assured that we will work with you to remedy the situation…the bottom line is you and your happiness.  Please email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Nicholas Landon Jewelry respects the privacy of all of our customers. No information about you will be shared with any third party except in the case of shipping carriers that will deliver your purchase.

Turn Around Time & Shipping

Our one-of-a-kind pearl and leather designs are as unique as the natural materials we use meaning no two are exactly alike! We start your design upon receipt of payment and every part of your order takes our human hands to complete…happily, we have streamlined our process so that your unique treasure takes about 1 week to ship. 

We ship through USPS (United States Post Office) PRIORITY Mail (2-4 days for US delivery or 6-10 days for International delivery).  Priority Mail allows you to follow your package and confirms when a package is delivered. 
Orders over $100 will receive complimentary postal insurance. Should you require quicker shipping, please contact us as overnight shipping is available for an extra charge.
