We will treat you the way we would want to be treated. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know and we’ll make arrangements to exchange your jewelry. Repairs are free…and rarely needed; however, in the event that any of our materials should fail, you can rest assured that we will work with you to remedy the situation…the bottom line is you and your happiness. Please email us and we’ll see what we can do.

Privacy

Nicholas Landon Jewelry respects the privacy of all of our customers. No information about you will be shared with any third party except in the case of shipping carriers that will deliver your purchase.

Turn Around Time & Shipping

Each pearl and leather treasure is a custom, one of a kind piece meaning no two are exactly alike! We start your design upon receipt of payment and every part of your order takes our human hands…happily, we have streamlined our process so that your unique treasure takes about 1 week to ship.

Our orders are shipped using USPS priority shipping with delivery confirmation at a flat rate of $8 regardless of the number of items ordered. Orders over $100 will receive complimentary postal insurance. Should you require quicker shipping, please contact us as overnight shipping is available for an extra charge.

International Customers

First class international mail takes 1-3 weeks and is the only affordable way to ship internationally. Unfortunately there is no way to insure or track your package, however, we will send you the international customs description number which we have heard can be used to track your package by contacting your local postal unit. Please be aware that we cannot be responsible for packages lost in shipping, but we will work with you in every effort to find out about your package.
